I had pleasant stay at Timez Hotel Melaka. The place and rooms was clean and breakfast was awesome 👌.. Location was next to jonker Street. Easy access to jonker Street. Will recommend this hotel who visit Melaka for short getaway..

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed in on that budget and certainly the cleanest we've stayed in in Malaysia! The rooms are themed which makes them all individual. Complimentary breakfast was really good! Staff are lovely! Location is perfect, would definitely stay again

Checked in on the 26th Jan, dropped our bags on the floor n went out sightseeing almost immediately. Came back happy n tired ard midnight, I discovered an army of ants on my bed! 😱 The ants trailed from the comforter to the wall. As the hotel was fully book, they couldn’t replace me with another room. The night shift manager finally had to push the bed away from the wall, stripped n replaced the bedsheets, blankets n pillow😓 As I had the phobia of ants crawling back, I ended sleeping in my friend’s room n hoped for a refund! Next morning, we complained to the receptionist and was so disappointed when she said I may hv brought the ants in as they hv checked the beds b4 we check in! What!!! We didn’t eat or even hv the time to eat in the room at all. I did buy some foodstuffs but they were all nicely packed with no ants😓 I Was really disappointed that not only she did not offer any compensation, she accused me of bringing the ants in😡😡😡 I must be crazy to do that anyway! I hv videos as proof and the night shift staff even saw the ants trail with his own eyes!😠😡😤

I stayed at Timez for a night, and it was a pleasant experience. Very helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Clean room, toilet, and shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Aircond was cool and quiet. Nice tasty breakfast, though portions are small - reasonably priced for add ons. Overall the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. As a traveler on a bike, I was able to relax fully before I continue my journey. Timez is located on a small, quiet street, adjacent to Jonker street. Peaceful area. Although only meters away from the busy Jonker. Really enjoyed my stay at Timez. Thank you to all staff members for making my stay pleasant. Would definitely come back.

What a peaceful place in the heart of Malacca! A warm welcome, very pleasant service and impeccable rooms with a very thorough sense of detail in the decoration of each room! The suites are INCREDIBLY Beautiful! The breakfast offered by the hotel is extremely good and diversified! (Small preference for the croissant which is delicious, it's like being in France) Really a quiet clean and holy place to relax and rest 🙏 We will come back with great pleasure

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
