The hotel is rated 3 stars, but it shouldn't claim to be more than a 2 star hotel. In bad repair and worn. No hand soap for the bathroom. The bed linens were clean and white. The pillows were nice and comfortable. The location is close to several metro stops. Senior from staff was good. Breakfast quality was very bad.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of August 2022 at a discounted price, approximately for 40 euros per night for each person, including a very breakfast with nice croissants and coffee. The room was all nice and clean, and it was equipped with AC and a big window which is a plus, especially during summer. There is a market on the same street and a nearby subway station. The area is very lively and nice too (not crowded as the center) with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has friendly staff too, who would always greet you and willing to help even though they don't speak very good English. There would be always a person in the reception even at late night, who would open the door for you. I think our sheets were not being changed during our stay, the carpet had a small stain and the bathroom door didn't have a lock but we didn't really mind that because of such great price we paid for. Overall, it was a very nice and a convenient stay.

Last time cleaned: never. Everywhere a very bad smell, carpets are stained and very outdated. I requested to switch rooms as I preffer my room with light and no leaky bathroom. Rated 3 star yet it's 2 stars at best but with a price of 4. Struggled each time to unlock the door. The breakfast is very limited and not so good.

The pros: Good internet connection, excellent water pressure in the shower, okay/comfortable beds, and the location is pretty great with Place de La Nation metro stations only a 7 minute walk and other metro stations around the corner from the hotel. The cons: Each day, our key card would stop working and we had to go get a new one, every day! The shower didn’t have a door so water would spill to the bathroom floor. Tiny toilet. Rooms were on the older-looking end-wear and tear on walls. People or other hotel guests talking in the hallway is heard into rooms.

the Hotel has very clean rooms and necessary amenities. Location wise is very convenient. Access to Metro Line 9 in 2 min and Line 6 in 8 min. accessible supermarkets and Cafes in 5 min walk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
