We stayed at Timhotel and were welcomed by the best receptionist! He was very nice, humble, helpful and funny. The rooms are clean and perfect for staying. Breakfast was very tasty. The placement was so good, in a cute area and we got Eiffel Tower view which was 10/10. Very recommend!! Greetings from Denmark

Deceiving pictures on the website. Absolutely no services provided as a 3 star hotel should. 1 person at the front desk managing the whole hotel. In a pathetic way. Had a room on the 5th floor and the elevator broke down around check out time. We were expected to carry our luggage down on our own all those flights of stairs. The stairs are extremely steep and we had a bunch of luggage. The staff were not at all apologetic or helpful with the situation and kept telling us "older people than you have carried their luggage down, you guys are young and can do it yourselves." A pathetic response to an issue by a hotel. Would give it no stars if I could. Elevator is some ancient thing which also only fits 1 person with 1 luggage and even that is a struggle. For height and size reference, I'm 145 cm.

The hotel room though a little small was good and had all the required amenities. It was in an ideal location. Very close to Eiffel tower,other attractions and the Dupleix metro station. The neighborhood was safe and there were a lot of good restaurants,cafes close by. The staff were excellent and was available 24 hrs to answer any questions. They even allowed us to place bags in reception after checkout and looked after our bags so that we could go see other attractions before our flight back . Totally recommed Timhotel Tour Eiffel

Let me start off by saying: The staff are amazing. Literally, everyone who works there smiled and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about the overall customer service experience! With that said, it is a small hotel, as is the Pariasan norm. But rooms only had a small desk and chair, hot water pot, and that's about it. No mini fridge in room, had to use the hotel's. No ice machine in building. There were cables pulled out of the wall, a light fixture was broken and taped over, and the elevator was interesting. With that said, I'd stay again but ask for their bigger room options. Wife and I had the single room with the two twin beds. We pushed them together and they worked but I did end up falling between them in the night lol! Close to Eiffel tower and metro. We weren't scared of walking so it worked for us. Shops and stores are close by. Great experience, just a little out dated. Also 45 minute taxi ride from CDG!!! Beware!

Beware for booking website misleading description, the commissions more than the Timhotel website itself. ''Do not buy non-refundable booking'', it will no refund and ended up out of pockets even your flight delayed or cancellation. Travel insurance not cover the non-refundable hotel cost, only cover the stay on the journey while the flight delay. I totally lost £511 for 3 nights for no show. Very disappointed the hotel's not trying to sort thing's out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
