Hotel Location is next to Taikoo Hui, walking distance to Grandview, Onelink and T Mall Shipaiqiao （石牌桥）metro station exit D is just around the corner If u come from Baiyun Airport or GZ East station - just take the metro line 3 to Tiyixilu （体育西路）and change another line 3 towards Tianhe Keyunzhan (天河客运站） - 石牌桥 is just one stop away When u exit the station (exit D) - just turn left walk 10m and turn left again where u would see the main entrance (glass door facing the school compound) - take the lift up to 7F to the hotel lobby on the right

I love this hotel. The location is very strategic. The center of malls of the city. Just take a walk to get the crowd and supermarket. There's a Muslim restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff was very polite and warm. There's a laundry room and the breakfast was good.

Even it is located at Tian He road, this hotel is unlikely to be a proper hotel. The entrance its at the side of the building beside Family Mart. Dont proper drop off point, so get ready to walk and bring your luggage to the reception. We need to change lift at least 2 times to go to our rooms. The lift are also used by office and residents who stay in this building. Simple breakfast. Room quite dirty and toilet smelly.

This property is owned by thieves or the people who work there are thieves. They stole my money and I didn't even live there. Claiming that it was a pre-authorization fee they still withhold the full amount of my stay. I have been chasing after them for 3 months now and they still falsely claim that they refunded me. Never book with them if you want do not want your belongings and money stolen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
