Beautiful views out across the valley from Tina Nature Villa. From the restaurant you can see the 9 arches bridge and the cloud rolling up the hills in the morning. Comfortable rooms with a nice balcony. Great hot water in the shower. The breakfast was big and nice to have the option of local or continental. At this time of year the pool is bracing but still beautiful. Staff were very helpful with questions etc. We left early as the beach was calling but wish we could take the lovely hotel with us. Access is up a steep and narrow road - possible with a car but definitely easier by tuktuk.

One of the best hotels we’ve been to in Sri Lanka. The breakfast is great with the nine arches view. All the staff were very friendly and service minded. The room was big and spacious (king plus single). We arrived with a tuktuk so we had parking. If you’re not mobile the location may be tricky.

Since there Are some bad reviews about staff breaking inside the rooms: i cannot confirm this. You can lock your rooms from inside, no chance to break in if you really close your Room. It may Happens that other guests accidentally switch their Room and try to open yours, since their Are no numbers at the doorrooms, totally understandable. Just lock your room from Inside. Of course, from outside you can also lock your door. If you want roomservice, you need to drop your keys - this will Tell you that now one will go inside your room unwanted. I think those Bad reviews Are not fair. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Give them a chance. Also the rooms Are super cozy and the view is beautiful. Tuktuk to city cost max. about RS1000 and takes 4 minutes.

The hotel was great, staff was also good. And especially Dimuthu put a smile on our face. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel and it was delicious. The view is nice from the restaurant!

Perfect hotel in great location. + This hotel was our favourite in all of Sri Lanka. The views were amazing and we couldn’t fault the rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, some of the best we had on holiday. Great location to visit the bridge and little Adam’s peak, and only 25 min walk into central Ella (or a short tuktuk). 10/10 recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
