The location is simply stunning. I have hardly ever seen a more scenic place. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough. I booked a premium room with direct sea view but the view was partially blocked by another bungalow. Why did we pay the premium? The service was very friendly but a bit clumsy. Forgot plates, drinks, cutlery etc. They cut the lawn next to the breakfast restaurant during breakfast time - a job that could be done any other time of the day. There are not enough sun beds by the pool. But then again, the location is so perfect that the little flaws don‘t spoil the overall experience.

Very nice stay at the Tinidee Hideaway resort. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, it generally speaks English very well (the highest language level we found during our 14-day trip). It is a quiet hotel, the rooms are quite modern and well-equiped (drinkable water with a modern system in every room). The swimming pool and photo spots are great too. Monkeys often come in the morning and the afternoon to have lunch and bananas, very funny to watch. The restaurant is excellent.

We are staying in this beautiful hotel right now and it's just amazing... Super friendly staff, great breakfast and the cabins are beautiful with the best views! We only booked 3 nights but wished we could stay a whole week. They really look after the property as the garden is impeccable. This resort definitely gives you 4 star vibes, we are surprised it only has 3 listed! Highly recommended if you want a peaceful stay in paradise!

The beach is very beautiful, really liked it and also the view from our room which was beachfront. Service of reception was very good. Breakfast was poor and the service there needs to be improved. They only had black coffee which wasnt very good. We ate dinner at the cafe twice and a lot of things from the menu were missing. Beside that, the menu that they sent us and the menu there had diff prices, price there was higher. Better eat at the restaurant that is next to the pier/deck, very good thai food and reasonable price.

Once in a lifetime experience. **Only accessible by boat**. We took a boat from Ao Nang beach. 100baht per person, must have 6 passengers. To leave is a different story. Either you pay a private boat 600 baht or wait for more passengers for 100baht. This can take a long time as less people leave this area. We opted for private to leave, luckily there was two people waiting and the boat crew charged us 150 baht each. I started with that as I see many reviews either not mentioning this or giving low stars not knowing this. Be prepared, it’s going to be worth it. I also found overnight parking with a hotel called cosie, was 120baht for two nights. Once you arrive it’s a dream. A welcome drink and a cold towel to cool you down. They explain all that is offered and take you to your room. Our room had a great view and I’m sure all do, though some to appear to be more private than others. Ours was closer to the check in area. Bed was comfortable enough, shower and bathroom facilities completely adequate. Breakfast was good, comes with many options. There is a trail you can take to Railay beach, which is an adventure in itself. Tons of climbers and monkey to keep you entertained while you walk there. Once there, many restaurants and shops to choose from. tonsei beach also has some food, drinks, and snack options. Truly a beautiful place and a wonderful experience. Maybe pricy in high season, though some places like this go for double. I’d say 100% worth it. Long review, but could be longer as this was what “wild” Thailand use to feel like. Have fun :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
