Location : GREAT! You have all the good stuff reachable by foot and it's located on a quite street. The room: Decent. Not renovated during my lifetime, the beds were foldable with an OK mattress. A bit squeeky but I slept well. They "cleaned" the room everyday, meaning they took out trash and replaced the bars of soap in the bathroom. They only stretched the bedsheets and made the bed. They never changed sheets and never swept the floors. No view at all from the room although it was promised. Breakfast: Terrible. Toast,butter,jam,hamburger cheese and salami. Juices&coffee from the machines was horrible.

It is acceptable but I was in numerous hotels that had better money to value ratio. The breakfast is their selling point but it is not anything special (coffe, orange juice, toast, pastry, jam sausages and eggs are on the menu). Room had nice air conditioning but the furniture was old and hygiene could be better for sure. Also the room is small. It is a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Private room hostel. I have completely rewritten this entire review after staying here one night. This is a complete bait and switch. The photos are highly doctored to give a feeling of cozy comfort. My room had an a/c that would stay cold for about ten minutes. When I asked the front desk if I could change my temperature to something better for my needs, they responded with, no, we set a fixed temperature. Breakfast was minimal with horrible service, only laying from 7-930 and only a portion of the food was out until 8. The worst part for me. Was the beds, they springy and quite trampoline like on the frame. Frankly I've had more comfortable sleep on the ground, in the mountains.

We were given a 2 floor apartment off of a private garden which was really nice but the wifi did not work in the room at all. We had to sit outside in the garden to use our phones. The beds were not comfortable, but the rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were big and clean and always fully stocked with soap and clean towels. The front desk staff were very helpful by booking our transportation to the airport.

Rooms should be cleaner. The room for two was relatively small but functional. It had a big terrace, but with no view. Temparature for air conditioner was locked to 24, I am fine with 24 as lower limit, but you should be able to increase setpoint, because in that small room it quickly becomes to cold/outside was abou 34, so you are cycling between to hot and to cold by geting up and turning ari conditioner on/of through night. Breakfast was ok for me, expected for on budget, enough to get you going exploring city and take some meal later there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
