First time in Langkawi, and we chose this resort for our first 3 nights. Due to its location being deep from the road, it’s super quiet at night—exactly what we love. As for the room, it’s a bit smaller than what we saw in the pictures. That’s not a big deal; we just had high expectations 🤣 The gap between each house is quite tight, making us feel a little uncomfortable. However, they provide all necessary facilities, such as a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an iron, and even a microwave! It’s worth the price. One thing to be careful about is the shower! The hot water level depends on how strong you run the water. I’ve never used this kind of shower before. If you run the water too strong, it could burn you badly! So, please take it slow until you find your desired warmth. Regarding the swimming pool, it’s a small one, but we didn’t expect to swim anyway.

Good stay, room was clean, but the air con wasn't very effective given the style of building. Given the location there are some insects, so best not to leave open food lying out for ants to find. Staff were good and we managed to check in early. Pool was a nice cool temperature and clean. Only 6RM to get into the main street/area by grab.

I stayed at the Tisha Wellness Resort. The staff were great but the room was more than tired. It was serviceable but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. There was no hot water in the sink. The wildlife liked it, ants and Getos liked to visit, but it is in the countryside.

Staff are super friendly and helpful ! Room is very spacious and big bed is comfortable too! However I feel that the management should take an effort to maintain the place better . The towels seem old and have many stains and the wifi isn’t very good as well , had a hard time getting connection even though there are 3-4 bars. The resort is surrounded by trees there’s bound to be many insects and ants however I think they can maintain the room balcony area better . Breakfast is good don’t have any complains for that . Everyday there will be a different item on the menu , and you can choose your drink. So far staff have been friendly and helpful. I think this resort would be much better if the management made some effort to maintain the place and make some improvements.

We booked superior suite room for our stay. Room was spacious, clean and smells good. Large toilet. Has balcony, kettle, iron and oven. Have water filter at lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. Parking was easy. Road to this resort quite narrow.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
