A very beautiful and well-maintained place. There are clean pools (they are periodically cleaned), lots of greenery in the form of bushes and trees (they are pruned periodically). They also treat mosquitoes here - you never see them. The entire area is guarded 24/7. The staff is quite responsive. You can order cleaning at the reception for a reasonable price. The staff can also help with electrical issues for free. There are few people in the summer, but in the winter, there are a lot 🥲 and there are many children who make noise around the clock. The rooms vary in size, but they are all furnished very well, with all the necessary appliances, furniture, and utensils. If you have children, they will provide you with a high chair and a crib. The walls between the rooms are thin, and you can sometimes hear the neighbors. There's a beautiful national park nearby and an airport. The sea is almost always calm.

Clean and Huge space to stay for vacation. They have 5 pools including a rooftop pool, rooms are spacious, equipped with 2 ACs, and a balcony. At the reception there is a coffee vending machine and a 7-eleven vending machine which is very unique and awesome. Security is 24/7 and there is parking for cars and scooters. Location is also nice, the public beach next it is acceptable and there is a shop in front of the residence.

Good location - 5 min to the beach. quiet, family-oriented gated Community. Roof pool on one of the buildings accessible for all with residential smart card. Good supermarket (frozen pork and beef dumplings) and hygienic food stall across the road, plenty of Thai and western restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money, will visit again

We were really lucky to have stayed here during our extended vacation. The complex is quite close to the beach, but in a quite area. It has a gym, multiple pools and around the clock security. Also, just across the street there is a supermarket and if you walk 10 minutes, there is a really interesting market om Tuesday, Thursday and weekends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
