Cannot say enough words on how spectacular this hotel was. The bed was super comfy. the room was comfy, too. Not to leave out that they really cater to their guests by providing toothbrushes and toothpaste, robes, slippers, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer. The breakfast was very simple and tasty... we'll definitely recommend it to anyone. Almost forgot the superb view at the rooftop seven floor! 👌

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. Staff was very attentive and kind and the room was super modern, bright and had all amenities we could've asked for. Definitely recommend this for a couple trip/getaway and will make sure to return in the future again.

Amazing place to stay! This is a beautiful picturesque hotel close to the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. Its a great location that is walking distance to the main railway station. It has excellent rooms, with the most comfortable beds we've encountered so far on our trip. There are many more complimentary toiletries than we've encountered on the rest of our Europe jpurney. The staff were so kind and friendly! I could not have asked for a better stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a week because my daughter was getting married at a villa outside of Florence. We found the location to be a great bonus. The Santa Maria Novella train station is in walking distance and so are many of the city’s famous attractions. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was professional and friendly. At check in, we had a discrepancy with the rate of the suite I booked on line. The hotel quickly solved this and honored or original rate. The roof top deck had the best view of Florence and the duomo. We were also happy that the air conditioning was working very well throughout the hotel in light of the hot temperatures we encountered. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus! Include that in your rate if you can when you book, there was so much to choose from and it’s totally worth it. Food options throughout the day and on the rooftop are limited but there are at least four places right outside the front door to get food. They were all delicious. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful hotel with a great location and history. The architecture, decor and ballroom were beautiful. The service was outstanding. One staff member that stood out to us was Dario. He was so kind and always made the extra effort to say hello to me and my mom. We miss him already! I would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
