'Non smoking room' smells like someone has been smoking 40 cigarettes a day here. Bed is small and uncomfortable, mattress probably seen the 1980's. Staff seems to be in a parallel universe, hard to communicate with. Location is very good close stroll from the station. Overall the worst accommodation I have stayed in Japan.

Not recommended at all. Employees are so rude and they don’t care about customers health, they are lying when you ask them for the manager, all the rooms are smoking rooms and the place is so dirty, if you have health issues don’t go.

The location is very hard to beat. Can't say the same about the rooms, which are average unless you have the gall to be tall or wide, at which point the size of the bed and the bathroom -- especially the bathroom -- becomes an issue. I'm 5' 7" and it still felt cramped in there. Lack of coin laundry isn't a deal-breaker but it's annoying in summer when I'm sweating through everything. Internet is unreliable, one minute I'm streaming fine and the next it won't even connect. I even had issues plugging in with a physical CAT5, which was unexpected. Update: Came back in December 2023 and it looks like there's laundry now, in building 3. Only one of the two elevators seems to go up that high, so check which one you need

Even though it is close to JR station, the room is pretty tiny especially the bathtub. The ventilator is awfully dirty and there are little flies in the bathroom. Air-conditioning is bad. Can't control the temperature while humidifier is not available. The only good thing is that they provide pretty nice breakfast and the coffee machine in the lobby is quite nice. Overall, I won't come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
