Excellent. Hot water went out, but with building this old, not unexpected. The employees are very friendly. The rooms are spsvous for Europe, with a very large bath with tub. Yeah!! Very nice when you're over 6 foot tall. It's directly across the street from the Vatican Museum and a 10 minute walk to the Vatican for a visit. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store, convenience stores and loads of restaurants around the corner. I highly recommend. If you want the convenience of breakfast, add it, but there is so much right outside the front door.

Room was outstanding. Clean luxurious, marble floors, large bathroom and shower, couldn’t ask for more. Location: steps to Vatican museum and short walk to St. Peter’s. Price: very reasonable for location and quality. Great communication with staff while we were traveling before our arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice for a stay in Rome. Perfectly located for a visit to the Vatican Museum and within close walking distance of the Rome Metro and easy access to other key sites in the city. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately when we stayed there the rooftop lounge was closed but it appeared to be a very nice venue.

Couldn't be a better location if your trip to Rome was focused on visiting the Vatican. The staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms and common areas furnished nicely were spotless. The hot water was plentiful in the morning but spoty in the evening. Unlimited made to order and served coffee at the buffet breakfast was delicious. Hot items were lukewarm or cold and some pastry selections were not fresh. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend the hotel to family and friends

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean with excellent AC and wonderful beds. Roof top bar was a nice bonus plus on the third floor there are two oversized patios to finish up your day with a drink. Directly across from the Vatican but quality windows keep it quiet in the room. Pretty good breakfast but not over the top. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
