        Bed is dirty . In my case , bedding was not change from previous customer stay . There is blood stain in the bed sheet also in the blanket in wardrobe. There is flea on bed my whole family got flea and mosquitoes bites for three nights . No rubbish collection from room during the stay . Room is very hot at night cannot sleep . The only good thing is Reception is friendly check in is smooth .

        All my Trips in Bordeaux was great besides this hotel. I booked it because it had a good rating in Booking, but apparently it most fake reviews there, if i had read all the reviews here in google, there is no way i had booked it. This what happened, the first of all: Service Personal was very unfriendly, but whatever, we are here for holiday, so no big deal, then when we reached the room, their comes immediately such a weird smell from the bathroom, smells like someone just did a big one there 5 mins before. And then you found out a broke bricks in the bathroom, which almost hurt my feet, and then you want washing your hands after all of this, well, there is no Soap, there is no small towel, nothing! You need washing your hands in living room! So we bought ourself a soap and an air spray to get off the bad smell. After the Dinner we went back to hotel to sleep, found out both of lights near the bed has no lamp inside, they just standing there for decoration!? What a joke? And there is no Air conditioning in the apartment as well, only a old broken Fan, Can’t moving it is head anymore…We was quite disappointed and since we are not stay all day long in hotel, we want just ignore all this bad experience and then here comes the highlights, during all the 5 nights in this hotel, we got once room service to clean the room and refill the Bath shampoo etc. Only Once!!!!!! We ran out of the toilet paper at the last night, so we need buy ourself the toilet paper!! To be Honestly, for this service, i would like gave them zero star. I will never ever booking this hotel brand in any city, Such a disgrace! Oh PS: Do not booking the breakfast, very very bad, and the caffe machine was broken as well. If you want espresso, you will got Water in black color.

        Stay on itself was average. I wasn't expect much as I was just staying a few days and didn't need anything too expensive. However, in my second night, my room key card stopped working. The hotel reception closes at 7pm so literally no one could help me. The emergency number is from a 3rd party security company that have no idea what to do. They gave me a code for a safe at the hotel that had key cards for other rooms and said "go stay in another person's room until we can come to you". They said they couldn't do anything and couldn't help me and it would take 2h (until midnight!) until someone could come by and try to help. After all the back and forth they finally came with a master card and opened the door but again, it took them 2 or 3 trips to the bedroom because they didn't know what card opened what. Throughout this process security kept saying it wasn't their fault and couldn't do anything. Then the guy complained that he was using his personal phone and personal car to sort this out, as if it was my problem. I simply booked a room and wanted to get in. If his boss makes him use his personal vehicle to sort out work stuff, then he needs to speak to his boss about it, not to me at 11pm. The only reason I got into my room as because my partner speaks French and managed to communicate with him. If it was me alone, I would have slept outside. Literally outside. I eventually got the night reimbursed the morning after once reception was open and they were very apologetic. However, this was a stressful experience late at night and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone in light of what happened. This is a cheap alternative but spend another 20€ and book yourself something with a 24h reception service to avoid this.

        Amazing location to the City du Vin, only 4 mins walk! The room was lovely, microwave, fridge with freezer box, twin hob, cooking pots, pans and utensils, crockery, glasses and free wi-fi to boot!!! Great quality self contained hotel room with a very comfy bed. Will definitely be back!!!

        30 minutes walking to the downtown, it has a free zone parking around. Also the tram stops in front of the hotel. It is a simple room,new facilities, with a small kitchen. It is enough according to the price.
