Great hotel! Location is perfect and the neighbourhood is pretty much quite self-sustained with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It is also a great neighbourhood, not crowded like other major hot spots. The sky-tree view was stunning! The service was great. The reception was helpful and courteous. Ms Pond in particular deserves a mention because she is highly effective, experienced, friendly, helpful and efficient. We will also return to this hotel; it feels like home.

Overall a decent hotel. The reception is nice and chatting with me about my trip when I check in but forgot to tell me the amenity. I thought they have coin laundry but seems like I have to go to one that is near it. Stayed there for 4 nights of our trip. The location is nice tons of food and shopping near it. There is a shuttle bus to Disney if you want to take it. Remember to book in advance. The shuttle to airport is not free and limited 2 luggage per person so we have to buy 3 tickets cause we have 6 total. Kind of stupid cause the driver didn’t care at all

The hotel receptionists are quite arrogant and not friendly. The only exception is the Nepal girl who helped us check-in. She was genuinely helpful and friendly. We booked 3 rooms for our family vacation for 9 days. You can imagine how much we spent for the rooms!! During our stay. I asked for a spare key for my mum's room because she forgotten to bring out. The Japanese female receptionist told me if I loose the card key the hotel will charge ¥3000per key. I was shocked and told her that all other hotels don't even bother even we didn't return any card keys at all! Moreover, I didn't see any such policy written in their hotel website. She then panic and said it's for the 3rd card key lost. During our long stay, I didn't ask for room cleaning every day. Hence, I called the house keeping ( actually was answered by the reception staff) for amenities replacement. As the toilet papers provided in the room are really flimsy. I asked for 2 packs of tissues instead of toilet papers. The staff told me sternly " No! You can only have one!" Maybe this is four stars hotel service standard. The plus points of this hotel are the rooms are big and with good views. The housekeepers are friendly and helpful. The location is really good with lots of restaurants and shops around. I think the hotel management should retrain their staff not to treat customers casually! They should watch their tone of voice and choice of words when dealing with customers. Treat every customers with most respect and courtesy irregardless of their nationalities!

The hotel looks luxurious as an entrance, but the rooms ( depending on what you got ) are pretty basic and average. They always cleaned the room daily and reloaded the rooms with amenities. The main thing going for this place is the amazing view of Skytree, specially at night. So make sure to pick that view . Nearest train station is 2 blocks away and serves 3 lines. Also very convenient, there’s a 7/11 , Lawson ( both across the street ) and a family mart ( get off on the 2nd floor, walk outside and to your right ) Hospitality is 100% at this place, which was amazing. They have restaurants inside the hotel , didn’t try them so can’t speak on that. All in all, great choice if you do decide to visit Japan.

Rooms are a little tired and dates, a lot of stains on the floor carpet throughout the floor we were staying on. Serving of our room was always excellent, and the service staff at the hotel were always friendly and efficient. An excellent location and the hotel also has free shuttle bus to Disneyland and a paid bus service to the airports.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
