The hotel is considered convenient as it is one of the airport bus stop. However the bus timings are not that good.. the last bus is at around 530pm. The room I was allocated is decent, however the toilet was not cleaned properly. It took me by surprise, as I have expectations for cleanliness here. Overall it is still a decent stay.. with a number of convenience stores within the vicinity.

The room is outdated and not very clean. I washed a load of laundry only to find out the self-dispensing soap was empty, so paid 1000 yen to rinse (not wash) my dirty clothes. And, 600 yen more to semi-dry them. Waited in long check-in line just to get change for laundry. The only redeeming quality is the helpfulness at the front desk. The Limo Bus shuttle to the hotel has a horrible website and booking them in English is nearly impossible. The girl at the front desk helped us book it with her own phone. Very courteous.

I have reserved this hotel, superior twin room, for 2 days for staying with my son for Tokyo Disneyland. The room was bigger than an ordinary hotel in Japan. Actually, many tourists who want to visit Tokyo Disneyland choose this one for a reasonable price. As you are well aware, it provides free round trip shuttle bus service for it. You can have breakfast at a restaurant named George Town on the 1st floor(for UK, ground floor). Japanese food and western food were provided and it was okay. On your arrival, a staff will guide you to check in via a kiosk machine. Scan your ID, e.g. passport, and swap your credit card for payment. Although it has been maintained well, it is an old hotel. Personally speaking, to satisfy the new trend, renovation needs be seriously considered. For your information, it does not provide complementary water. Each floor has a vending machine. You have to buy it, if you need water. There is also a McDonald's and convenience store near the 1st floor restaurant. By the way, I wonder why some areas do not have windows but it is covered with curtains. Is it a white lie? That's a bummer. On the other hand, the employees of this hotel respectively support his/her customers and provide good service. They tried to help me get a taxi with smile. Enjoy.
