This is an amazing international hotel in Tokyo; recommended if you're going to Disneyland as it is a very close commute. The hotel delivers the expected 4-star hotel. It caters more for an international experience but still with a Japanese touch. The good news for some is that they are not prohibiting tattoos if you're foreign in their public baths. So the public bath became more relaxed and probably the best one I have experienced in Japan for someone trying it for the first time. Rooms are new and very well serviced. Great ammeneties, and Nespresso coffee machine inside your room. The only con of this hotel is that it is located in a more isolated area from the general places you may want to go in Tokyo, but a subway line can take you anywhere from there, and the station is really close.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a beautiful hotel with artwork everywhere but also lots of great amenities. Very spacious room, lots of elevators, onsens for men and women which were wonderful, very close to the station and has a 24 hr family mart also attached. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both very enjoyable. Location is a bit out of the main city areas but really handy to visit either Disney park. Not much in the area though in terms of shopping, just a few restaurants. Overall a great option!

Brilliant hotel and excellent value for a stay in Tokyo, just round the corner from the Tokyo Metro Station and quick ride into Tokyo central. Rooms and facilities were lovely, great breakfast with a vast selection, lovely reception and relaxation area, very handy shop within hotel for all your needs (and some nearby), swimming pool/spa baths lovely… use the provided robes and slippers. Excellent personnel teams, Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Not welcomed with a smile in this hotel. After multiple amazing hotels in Japan, we didn't have a great welcome from people in reception. Lady said I needed to pay tax and as I requested more information she kept saying tax, she didn't smile and it sounded like she was bothered to service guests. Once I mentioned I didn't want to be treated like that, some other people attended. There is no room service during Xmas and our room had missing lights. The location is close to Disneyland but quite far from any other great areas for tourists. Its bath and associated attendance were great and highly recommended.

Approachable and helpful personnel, cozy rooms, atmospheric corridors and lobby. A nice onsen on the second floor. Breakfast is also very good. Accessible location on a quiet street nearby Shiomi Station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
