        Not worth it. - Rooms are old and dusty (bad for allergies) - Still using a physical key system - Have to give room key to staff when you leave hotel - Cannot use your room during the time between 10am and 4pm. - Hotel is locked between 1am and 6am, i.e. can't go out and back in at all.

        Classic business hotel Room had funny smells, the AC is not in a good spot, it keeps blowing your head while you’re on bed One night I get back I found a firefighter in my room but I don’t smoke, and the front desk said it was the housekeepers’ Weird, they don’t explain what the keepers use the lighter for? Staffs English is not good, main doors lock between 1am to 6am, is not convenient. Breakfast in the morning is boring Bad experience

        the hotel is spotless, it has a strange rule, every one has to be out at 10 am, there is an announcement in different languages, and guests can only come back at 5 pm after the intense cleaning. door will be locked by 1 am, must come back before that. very strange indeed.

        Tokyo business hotel's location puts it within walking distance of many great shopping areas and dining. The staff is super helpful and friendly and breakfast is worth buying a ticket for. The rooms are small, but adequate.

        Good hotel, the room was nice and clean. Location is not the closest to the subway station, and there's a policy of locked doors between midnight and 6 am, so you can't leave during that time.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
