A lovely comfortable hotel with everything you need to relax ..rooms are wel equipped even with "Japanese pyjamas" and every personal grooming accessory you need for no extra charge ..room also had a hairdryer as well as a kettle and good quality tea and coffee and fridge along with a large flat screen TV.. the breakfast is also very good ..the service from the staff is very professional and helpful. The public bath was also a nice addition very relaxing after my long and tiring day too. Recommend .wish I could have stayed longer.

I had a nice stay. The hotel is close to the Tabata station. Street with cats in walking distance. If you need green areas and bug park, you may go to the Ueno area, which is few stations away. Hotel has nice view on train tracks, lovely for people who likes trains. Public bath is private, need to book. Use up to 30 min. Ice machine and vending machines are available. Thank you.

Pros: 1. location really good. literally next to the yamanote line station. 2. clean, newly renovated. 3. comfortable bed Cons: 1. extremely small bathroom, even by Japanese hotel standard (in comparison with other japanese hotels i've stayed at). I'm sure they could spare 20cm each side to make it more usable. 2. the local neighborhood around the station is okay but not great. other local neighborhoods around tokyo have more eateries and groceries places. Things to note: 1. my bed was on the floor, if you have accessibility issue please do note. 2. if train noise is an issue to you please do note. for me it's not an issue.

Just 3 minutes walking from the South Gate of Tabata Station. Rooms are tiny and if you're unlucky to get one which face the railway, be ready for the sound of trains coming and going until late at night. Besides that, I had a problem with the WiFi connection in my room but the staff was very helpful and quickly found a solution.

The room was very small and smelled musty as the humidity in the room was very high. There was also constant noise as the hotel is right next to the Tabata train station. You can also hear loud rumbling from the neighboring rooms as early as 6 am, as if two people were fighting with each other, but apparently they were just cleaning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
