Not sure why this hotel has such low reviews, the facilities and staff were great, buffet was decent, the view was decent as it's central of Tokyo. Yes, it's abit old but it brings out the authenticity of an old-fashioned but a very capable hotel. Definitely deserves my 5 star rating. Not to mention the pillows are made of bamboo, which is soo comfy.

We stayed here for 12 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We had a great view of the Tokyo Tower from our room. The hotel is well located and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are some good supermarkets nearby. Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a nice experience at the hotel in general, the staff is very helpful and they provide a good service. Our room was pretty small and simple, we barely had space for the suitcases, but it faced the Tokyo tower so we had a great view for the whole stay. The location is not the most comfortable as it's not very close to any public transport, you need to walk 10 minutes to reach a station. But overall I don't complain, the area is safe and calm.

I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel . They rip off . We book 6 months in advance this hotel but when we reach hotel after 18 hours in flight they said smoking room is only available and if we want non smoking we have to pay more than double price . My hubby has a asthma so we cannot stay in smoking room . But they just want more money because we want non smoking room . Front desk Staff only know how to say extra money extra money . They spoke broken English only . Very rude money minded people who just want to know how to take advantage of ur situation. They took more than double money . Even now when u check they have a same price for non smoking and smoking rooms

Not sorry we stayed here! When querying for hotels in Tokyo, we wanted a hotel with airport shuttle. Tokyo Grand Hotel does NOT have airport shuttle. To get here, you need to take the airport limousine to Shiba Park instead then walk or take a cab from the Hotel Celestine. Tokyo Grand Hotel is in a quiet, safe business neighbourhood close to the Shibakoen, Mita and Toranomon subway stations. Also some convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-11s within blocks. Service is unparalleled, always smiling and respectful. Another wonderful feature that Tokyo Grand Hotel has is private LAN for each room so that your internet is secure and quick since only the people in your room has access to that network. Their restaurant on the 6th floor served fresh delicious breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
