The location was perfect, it was close to two metro lines which gives you access to pretty much anywhere you need to go. The neighbourhood is very lively and has a lot of restaurant options. Check in was smooth. However, the rooms leave much to be desired. The mattress and pillow are not the best. It’s an old building and it shows. That said, we didn’t spend much time there so it didn’t really bother us that much.

Budget hotel that is really close to Shin Okubo station and Okubo station... Also near Korea Town and lots of halal food nearby.. The room is not so big but it's okay for rest.. They don't provide a washing machine but the Laundry Coin is quite near. Microwave on the lounge 6th floor. The only challenge from this hotel is they provide elevators on the second floors. So you have to bring your own luggage using the stair to the lobby on the second floor. Over all this kind of hotel i will choose to stay when on vacation. Budget hotel in good condition, perfect location, they clean the room everyday. I will definitely come back!!

This is a perfect budget hotel in Tokyo. Located in two JR Lines makes you easy to access northern part or southern part of Tokyo. The price is just perfect because as not pricey as Shibuya's or Shinjuku's hotels but you still can enjoy nearby amenities. I really recommend this hotel especially for the first timer Tokyo explorer

Comfortable, budget hotel in the heart of Shinjuku, close to the subway, many eateries, and pachinko parlors. The rooms are simple and minimalistic, however, everything is kept spotless. The service at this hotel was great. Everyday, room service came to clean up the room, change the sheets, and replenish towels, toilet paper, and bathrobes. You'll be able to explore Tokyo with a comfortable place to rest and shower at the end of a night, for a reasonable price.

Convenient thanks to its proximity to many services and amenities, such as being close to a train station connected to the JR Lines and being surrounded by many restaurants. The rooms are somewhat small but are very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, all our needs were met quickly. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
