super simple and minimalistic hotel, more like a hostel, though rooms are private, even with a small balcony (in my case). Stayed here only 1 night; had a good night sleep. rooms are very tiny, bathrooms too… has aircon (but noisy); kettle, small fridge… clean, friendly (reception is automated - good luck with that!)… not to cheap for such a simple place (¥7000 for a night in mid-November)… long walk to Shinjuku JR; neighborhood is quiet. you can see the Tokyo government twin tower from the hotel - beautifully lit at night. Shinjuku Chuo Park is right nearby.

Better value in a cabin hotel or hostel. Here there are NO receptionist, NO cleaning service and NO clean towers. I had to buy my own as we were staying for a few days and once our towels were dirty we were told there were no replacement clean towers until the next day. Transport also not very convenient. I wouldnt recommend.

I chose this place as a more inexpensive place near Shinjuku Station, which is convenient for several day trips west of Tokyo. What is good: It is cheaper than many other places in the vicinity, plus it was pretty clean, modern, and had good hot water pressure (though most places in Japan do). Its only facilities is a microwave next to the front desk. Room size is OK but the bathroom is rather cramped. Now the not so good: There wasn't anyone at the front desk over 95% of the time. This makes a later check-in very troublesome. It was not an issue for me, because I had arranged this ahead of time, and they left the room key in a locked box for me with the combination notified to me through e-mail. But twice I saw people without that. One was a young Latinamerican woman in the lobby who just came up from Kansai on a Saturday night, with no arrangement and no way to contact the staff (they write they are unavailable weekends). What happened in the end I will never know, but that poor girl had to go find some other hotel for at least that night, and on a Saturday night that is near impossible or she had to pay through the nose for some 4 or 5-star place. Just 2 days later, when I returned to the hotel in the evening, I saw one other lady at the entrance literally yelling into her phone that she could not check in. Definitely some big issues there. Another one is that you are about 1.5 km from Shinjuku Stn. One or 2 days this is tolerable, but it's a daily grind doing this day after day, after walking all day long elsewhere. Then, there is no housekeeping and no laundromat in the place at all, and you are lucky to get new towels to shower every 2-3 days at best. There is a laundromat, a few convenience stores, and a supermarket not too far away, but to be honest, I am rather ambivalent about recommending the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
