A short walk from Akihabara station, this upscale hotel prides itself on great service and wonderful rooms. The staff was very accommodating, speaking near fluent English but I also witnessed them working easily with foreigners from all over Asia and Europe. The amenities offered were great, especially daily trash and towel service. The room itself felt like a Japanese modern hybrid mix, with tatami mats near the bed as well as a very nice bathroom. Overall, I highly recommend it if you want to stay in this area, or Tokyo itself!

You got everything you need! Not big room for three of us but was fine for short time stay like us just stayed 2 nights. Shower and toilet size is not bad. No room service/ cleaning when guests stay, but can change towels everyday when you need. Hotel have front desk but Self service use machine to check in and check out. Free espresso coffee.

Great hotel overall. Located reasonably close to the metro line and local supermarkets. No coffee in the rooms which is an odd choice. There is free filter coffee available in the lobby 24/7 but you then need to get properly dressed to go get it in the morning. Bed was comfortable and shower was fantastic. Very reasonably priced overall.

No room cleaning , every three days room cleaning is done. We stay Mr pod three nights and no room cleaning. For the price of $300 plus a night I think I will find a different way next time. Worker is very nice and helpful. Free coffee. Bike rental was excellent, 2000 yen a day. Good light weight bike.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
