Clean and near to Ueno station. If you want good location, this is the place. Space is limited yet you can sleep comfortably. Due to no noise, you can sleep extremely well and they have wake up service if you need it. This hotel gave laundry service too.

We stayed here for a few nights after arriving in Tokyo. Getting here from the airport was very easy by train, and the walk from the station was simple and quick as there is an overpass across the roads that basically take you to the front door of the hotel. A cute thing that made me laugh was how small the doors are into the rooms. Walking next to them made us feel super tall! The streets around the hotel are quiet, clean, and full of great restaurants and cafes. It was great coming back each day after exploring busy areas of Tokyo (eg. Shinjuku) and just relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff were super lovely and helpful and made checking in and out very easy.

Great location. Next to the subway station. Quite a few good restaurants around to eat. Room was clean, room cleaning every day. Comfortable bed. However room is very small. If you are planning on spending any time in the room you will be spending it on the bed

Located just opposite the Ueno JR Station, the hotel room was aged yet tidy, and the staff are friendly. A standout feature was the complimentary luggage storage, which allowed me to explore outside of Tokyo without the hassle. However, my early morning checkout mishap resulted in leaving my branded jacket in the room, and, regrettably, it couldn't be retrieved.

Supper recommended! As always Japanese hotel usually real good and neat, but more specifically they were friendly, kind got best services during accomending there. Also great location.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
