Highly recommend this hotel. Hotel is located at the center of everything. Front desk staff is very courteous and very helpful. The room is clean and decent size for a deluxe twin/triple. I love that all of their rooms come with a 2-in-1 washer+dryer. Each load takes at least 3.5-4 hrs to complete washing and drying. My recommendation is only load the machine up to half full. The more clothes in the machine the longer the process will take. Taxi won't be able to drop you off in front of the hotel. But the taxi can drop you off on the main street entrance, which is a short 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. I tried using their manual/analog alarm clock. I set alarm clock to go off at 5:00 AM, but it went off at 9:35 or 9:40 PM. I found that odd. My advice is don't use their alarm clock, instead use the alarm clock in your smartphone. Would stay at this location again in the future.

This is one our favorite hotels. We will continue to stay at this brand everytime we visit Japan. Thank you for making our honeymoon that much more special. We loved how welcoming and accommodating you were for us. Truly felt like a home. View was amazing, convenience was great for shopping and the local train. Within walking distance of Gion too. We look forward to staying again soon

Excellent value, location and accommodations. This is basically a western style boutique hotel right in the heart of Kyoto. New modern construction, very clean, friendly helpful staff. I really couldn't have asked for more first time in Kyoto with my two college age kids. The washer/dryer in the room was extremely convenient. Northern view was mostly other buildings, not too interesting. I booked a two person room with an additional bed, it was tight but we weren't hanging out in the room so was completely fine. Bathroom was modern, clean, very nice bidet toilet and tub/shower setup. I would absolutely return to this hotel and hope to.

Conveniently located around shopping, eateries and attractions such as Gion and kiyomizudera. If you love shopping, this hotel is located where the shopping scene is. From daimaru, takashimaya to eateries, you can find it all. Staffs here speaks decent English and they are very helpful when we asked for luggage transfer service. Fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and having a washing machine and dryer is a bonus ! You get to do your laundry anytime. Amenities provided here are plenty which was nice. Definitely coming back here next time !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
