Basic but clean and functional, very good value for money, good location within easy reach of multiple metro lines and only two stops from the centre of Tokyo. The bar area shown in some photos no longer exits and now is a laundry, but there are many, many places to eat and drink within a stones throw. The washing machine in the room proved very useful.

I used this hotel for my last night in Tokyo before flying home. It's my third visit to this hotel. The hotel is a little bit older but the rooms are clean and some rooms have a little balcony overlooking the street which is a plus. I like the neighborhood of Monzen Nakacho. Not with the flashy neon ads like Shinjuku or Shibuya but more the real Tokyo. There are many good restaurants in the area and there's a temple a block away. The hotel is easy accessible with the Tozai line or the Oedo line when you’re coming from Tokyo station or other parts of Tokyo. One big letdown this time was the breakfast. The last time I stayed here in 2018 there was a breakfast buffet in a breakfast area next to the lobby. This space has now been reconstructed to a laundry shop. You'll get your breakfast in a basket containing a frozen sandwich and a frozen bowl of soup which you'll have to microwave and eat in your own room. Cost cutting? Lack of hotel staff? Or still in the middle of the Covid pandemic in May 2023? Save yourself some time and walk 40 meters to the FamilyMart to buy a better breakfast.

My family and I stayed here for a month and loved it. It was a very comfortable stay. We got a room with two beds, a little kitchen area with a sink, a washer/drier and bathroom with a tub. Rooms were clean and the view to one of the few shrines next to us was very nice. There are 2 shrines i believe, a park for kids so my 2 year old was set, vendors, restaurants and bars down the street. The train station is like a 3 minute walk.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
