We chose this hotel due to its location. There are multiple points on getting on the world class public transportation system in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful during our stay here. Our room, a comfort double with a table, was on the small side which is not unusual in Japan. The bed was comfortable but I wish the pillow was a bit more fluffy. It was too thin in my opinion. It was good to have a washing machine in the room. After 9 days in Japan we definitely needed to do laundry. Use Google translate camera mode to understand the instructions.

The nicest people we have ever met. They are so friendly and willing to help. They really go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was good but limited for foreign tourists but it also gets very busy as this hotel has a lot of groups. The location is good. Close to the station and shops. The room is small but amazing cause it’s a good size bathroom and having a washing machine. Best thing ever!

Very nice hotel with fantastic staff that went above and beyond to help us when needed. Location was good, but a bit far from the train station. The twin room was a comfortable size and the hotel in general was very clean and modern. We had a great stay here.

Highly recommend this area if you want to be close to Shinjuku but prefer a quieter place to stay. We stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was very spacious and provides a lot of seating and lounging space. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room we stayed in was by far the biggest hotel room we’ve been at in Japan. There is a lot of space for luggages and lounging. The hotel was very modern and clean and would highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for an affordable option.

Stayed for one night but wish I had booked for longer. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Also just a 5 min walk from the nearest train station. Washer / dryer was easy to use & smart TV was great! Easy to sync YouTube videos with my iPhone. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
