Great location: close to lots of food and shopping. Excellent staff: I asked to use the phone to call my next hotel. The receptionist was so thoughtful, she automatically asked for an English speaker when connecting me to the other hotel! The room was clean and smelled fresh. It was small, but had toiletries in the lobby, air purifier, microwave, and washer/dryer - just start it and come back to a clean dry load!

This hotel was perfect - definitely felt like great value and exceeded expectations. The location is really convenient and having the washer/dryer is such a bonus. It felt super clean and the semi-double room was still pretty comfortable with 2 people and a large suitcase. Only negative I could point to is the pillows being low quality - but still had great sleeps after busy days in the city!

We stayed 8 nights in this hotel. The location is excellent. Less than 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station and next to subway station. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping stores. The room we chose has laundry and microwave. However they charged us additional for breakfast. The other downside is the housekeeping is limited to 1 per week only. The room is small for the price. When arriving at Shinjuku station, take the east concourse exit by the police box and the mall. Then walk to the right of the main road towards hotel.

We loved this hotel. The location is amazing, the staff were wonderfully helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. They are on the smaller side, but that's expected. The bathroom is good and the amenities are comprehensive - a washer/dryer in the room, shampoos and lotions, a small fridge, a safe, a desk etc. There's everything you need. We even extended our stay here as we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely recommend and return.

The room was very small and quite dirty. Lots of dust at the window. You can barely turn around in the room. The washing machine smelled badly. The bed was a bit too small for 2 people. The air conditioning was noisy. Location is good.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
