We stayed here for 10 days over Christmas and New Years, 2 adults and 3 kids (9,11,13). The area when first arriving seems a bit sketchy but we quickly learnt that it's probably one of the safest we've stayed in in our years of traveling. Plenty of restaurants and shops open well into the night, a good bakery and supermarket minutes away too. The owner was very helpful with suggestions on what to visit and was available for any questions throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and perfect for us. We found it to be the best location for us. Grand Bazaar is a 10min walk up hill, Blue Mosque/Sophia Hague is 15-20mins away. 3 mins away along the coast we saw one of the best sunsets we've seen in a while. 30min walk to the ferry port to go to the Asia side which is highly recommended. Any direction you go from the hotel and you will find something if you just keep walking, forget the bus or tram, you'll see more walking.

Good location. Price corresponds to the quality. Old school design with spirit of history. No lifts, only stairs. But when I arrived there were not anyone on reception. Later women came by taxi. She was pretty drunk and my check in took time. She tried to speak Russian with me even after I asked to talk English and clarified I’m not from Russia. I did it more than 5 times, but she didn’t react.

Tom Square was enjoyable. Spent over a week here! Old school Turkish property. Staff are very nice and friendly. Very kind- lots of bottled water provided. Downsides are creaky floors which you have to wear house shoes in and if you have heavy luggage you have flights of stairs to carry it up. Very old school dark rooms but fresh linen and clean bathrooms. Aircon was very good too! ** location ** - you’ll have to climb steep hills to get to the Main Street so prepare for the debilitating walk in the summer if staying here! 10 mins uphill incline.

The staff is friendly and the location is also good -- near many famous locations. Yes, it has no elevators, but not an issue for us. Stay here for several days and high recommended!

I had a lovely stay. It’s so cozy and personal! This time of the year it’s quiet and calm, not so many people. The area around the hotel is nice, has everything you need - cool sights not far away, great cafes and restaurants, parks and at least 4 supermarkets in a 1 square km radius. The staff is warm and welcoming, super helpful. Thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
