Great location. When booking be aware the rooms are very small. No fridge, coffee maker or wardrobe. Called and was connected to the manager. He organised a fridge and coffee maker. Said our bags will fit under the bed but didn't. Returned home and there is a $250 charge on my credit card...... hearing crickets to know what the charge is for. Assuming it is fridge and coffee but no invoice, receipt or notice we were going to be charged. If you are overnight with a small bag Great. Longer I would look at something else. Hotel looks amazing and is quite funky. Would like to hear from them re the charge.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice but small. When you check in they indicate this is a "lifestyle" hotel and you MIGHT hear some noise. Under statement. The rooms along the side of their restaurant Kanteen are victims to the noise. When calling the front desk none of the staff give the same answer. One said it stopped at 9pm when the restaurant closed. One said 10pm. One said 10:30pm. One said 2am. And finally one said 11pm. 5 different answers and truly no concern that a registered guest was being kept awake. They didn't often to move me or really help beyond saying we might be able to hear the noise. It's a loud booming bass that literally rattles the windows. If you're not here to party, do not suggest staying here. Wednesday and Thursday nights are still party nights. Very disappointed!!!

Lovely entrance and was decorated beautifully for Christmas, with nice mood lighting. Elevators require key, which many guests prefer, but which I find an annoyance. Staff is friendly. Rooms can be smallish depending on what you get, but they are very stylish and well-appointed. Some have a semi-private patio, which is nice.

I stayed at Tommie Hollywood for 4 days and 3 nights in a suite room from Saturday to Monday. The hotel is clean, aesthetic, and beautiful, but the noise from the bar/club on the rooftop is terrible. We couldn’t sleep until 2:30 am. The Google review rating of 3.5 stars is what you can expect in person for suite rooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location and ambiance, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider other options. I do not recommend booking their suites on weekends as it is on the 8th floor right below the bar!

Everything was okay, but just had Google tell us that parking was free, only to show up and have it be $50 per day. That's usual pricing for valet so it's not a huge deal. What was troublesome was how one night I had to work and made my way to the back of the hotel. I sat outside and was working on my laptop and on the phone trying to solve an issue when a hotel staff worker came up to me and asked me directly if I was a guest at the hotel. That seemed like a very odd question to ask since I had been staying at the hotel already for 4 days, so I am pretty sure I was being profiled. I was then told to prove that I was a guest at the hotel and pulled out my key card and a free voucher that the front desk gives guests. The staffer then said that wasn't enough proof and made me get up from to accompany them to the front desk. It felt like the most racial profiled I have been ever and totally humiliated by this staff person. This place isn't cheap, and to be treated like I am not a guest at the hotel and made to have to prove myself is crossing a huge line. I highly recommend to stay elsewhere just on account of this experience that I had as well as a few other things like the lack of communication from staff in letting us know the amenities include in the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
