Beautiful hotel based in Hoi An. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious with a balcony and view of the pool. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and informative and were able to help with any queries we had. Breakfast was included with our booking and the food was delicious. The hotel is just a short walk into the old town and is close to many restaurants and shops. We had a great stay.

Great place! A little outside Old Town on a calmer (for Vietnam) street which in my opinion compensates the 15 minute walk (if you walk when it's dark better take the main street than the alleys proposed by Google Maps). Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Pool with cold water to cool down is a huge plus! Pretty good breakfast with few options. Friendly staff that can arrange services and tours with pick up from the hotel.

Loved our stay here! Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a nice terrace. They also have a really nice pool/chill out area. The hotel is also walking distance to the Hoi An Market. Service was great - the manager was kind and attentive. Not only did she help us organize tours and taxis but when I initially arrived at the hotel I realized I left my passport at the airport. She lent me her phone to call the airport and translated the conversation to make sure I understood the instructions for pick up!

We had amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpfull, allowed us to do early check in for free. They did our laundry, rented scooters and bikes. Rooms were nice and clean, pool was nice to chill in. Breakfast was simple but good. 100% recommend

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
