This place is like if the Okura Tokyo had an extended stay hotel. Impeccable service. Beautiful, enormous, very functional rooms. Lovely room service breakfast for a nominal fee. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer. We love the neighborhood. Best of all was the housekeeping, they are like Olympic gold medalist housekeepers.

Very satisfied with our 3 night stay here! Rooms are very nice and big with comfy beds. Great linens and amenities in the rooms with coffee, tea, iron, mini bar, robes ect. The shower is top notch too! The staff here really treat you like royalty and will take care of you the best they know how.

Super grateful for Tomoya Residence and their team! We wanted to go to Takefu to meet a famous blacksmith for rare Japanese knives (super specific and insane ask I know). The team went above and beyond to schedule a time for us to meet the celebrity blacksmith and made sure we knew how to get there. They also helped us book specific restaurants and ensured that our itinerary went smoothly despite the new year closures. Special thanks to Teresa and Chikako Sato for their amazing hospitality! Rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with amenities (washer, dryer, complementary water, and amazing snacks!

Beautiful hotel in Kyoto. Amazing service. We paid for breakfast and they brought it to our room. Everything was delicious. Beautiful view, beautiful rooms, very clean. If we'd known just how nice it was going to be we would've planned to stay longer!

The hotel staff was very kind and the hotel amazingly clean and well located. The atmosphere reminded me my grand parents hotel. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the whole stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
