This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Staff was so friendly and recommended the best things for us to do in Istanbul. When the airline lost our bags they handled all the follow up to get them delivered to our room as quickly as possible. The rooms are large compared to other hotels in Istanbul. If you have a room with views, they are absolutely amazing. The breakfast is beyond expectations and the treats at the bonus tea time are excellent too. If you choose to eat at the Nicole restaurant in the hotel you are in for one of the best meals of your life. We had the trip of a life in Istanbul and our stay at the TomTom Suites was a big part of that experience.

This hotel truly deserves to be named a 5-star hotel. I could tell that they made an effort in every detail and tried to give the best experience to their customers which is a really touching thing!🥹 Anyway, the staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful :) The room was so amazing. With a king-size comfortable bed (I think it is bigger than king), and a big bathroom which you can enjoy taking a bath after a tiring day. The breakfast was sooooo delicious and you can enjoy the whole city view while having breakfast! Moreover, the restaurant manager was nice and helpful too! I would love to come here again next time 💓 Thank you guys so much! It’s definitely the wonderful hotel experience in the town🥰

We loved our stay at Tomtom suites and will stay here again if we’re back in Istanbul 😊 Spacious Rooms - Beautiful, well planned suites with gorgeous dreamy bathrooms. Fantastic Food - One of my favourite parts of our stay was the delicious breakfast in the rooftop Restaurant Nicole with a view of the city every morning 😊 Great Location - Excellent location in Beyoğlu, close to cafes, shops and the tram station was just a short walk away. Outstanding Service - I cannot write enough about how amazing the service was. I wasn’t keeping well for most of this trip and every person in the hotel was incredibly kind - the hotel team kept checking in on me, sent me soup, plenty of warm tea etc. A big thank you to the entire Tomtom Suites team for showing us the warm Turkish hospitality 🤗

A very lovely boutique hotel! We stayed in the standard room, but it was by no means “standard.” Spacious and comfy with luxurious amenities and the bathroom of my dream. Breakfast on the top floor was delicious and comes with a stunning view of the city. The hotel is located one street away from Istiklal, which is a bustling central area of Old Town Istanbul. Loved every moment of my stay, and I already look forward to returning here on my next Istanbul visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
