The Hotel is in good location, in the winter the room heater is not functioning well,that was quite strange. I must say, receptionists are very rude except one African lady. She was ok. But others seem very rude specially one guy he does not even want to say hi/ hello. The internet was not working. Even when i informed to the receptionist, two persons' way of talking was so rude. They were looking like rude.... It was not welcoming environment.

Everything was good. Staff were very welcoming. Location is perfect for evetything. The only things that needs to be improve are cleanliness- room were very dusty and the maintenance of the place. But i'd say i'll definitly come back because of its hospitality.

It's saddens me to give this 1 star! It's so adorable and picturesque. But that's it. The bed is hard as cement as well as the pillows. The bathtub had no shower head, only a handheld spray. It's in a great location! They staff is very very nice. I just need them to change up the beds and pillows and shower head. In our second room the shower was broken and when you'd shower the water made it out into the room. I'd hope this was the worst of it. But in the room with the shower small flies would come up through the drains when the shower was not in use. That was the reason for 1 star. The hotel us super cute but only in pictures! The rooms are also very small but that didn't bother us. It was big enough to sleep and change in but two people can't be in the same walk way or even stairs coming up or down the hotel. I will stay somewhere else next time 😭

Had two rooms at this hotel, both in dire need of an upgrade. As others mentioned, they only look good in pictures but once you open the door you’re greeted with a dated appearance and either non-functioning features, or general lack of cleanliness. I would say the only redeeming quality of the hotel was it’s location near the vibrant Saint Germain area of the latin quarter of Paris. The staff at front desk were nice.

Amazing location. Within walking distance of public transport, attractions and great restaurants. Room was very unique and different to the type of modern day hotel rooms I am used too. But that was all apart of the experience. The shower, toilet and sink area were a little dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
