The hotel charge is quite affordable compared to others in Tokyo. The owner has an attractive personality so that you can find some good memories of your trip. I love the ambience of the rooms. It's kinda unique and artistic.

Do yourself a favor. Stay here. The beds are crude--they're just futons on wooden bunks. I had a hard time sleeping on mine. The rooms are small, cramped, but clean. There is a laundry machine on site (but I don't think the dryer works). I believe there is only one shower for the whole 8 bunks? It's also kept clean. This is not a luxury 5 star hotel. So why do I encourage you to stay here? The people. The people who can enjoy staying at a place like this are down to earth, friendly, adventurous, and adaptable. Staying here is akin to staying at a family's home where the host family scrambles every sleeping quarter together they can to try to make everyone fit, but comfortable. As a result, the atmosphere is warm and cozy and feels like home. Yoshi, the owner, is extremely accommodating and relaxed. He also runs a bar downstairs where you will often find him and a couple locals at night. When you return from your adventures during the day, drink with them and your roommates. They will keep your glass full until dawn if you let them. Also, Yoshi gave me this super delicious soup he just had stewing behind the counter. I don't know what it was, but it was delicious, and I don't even think the guy charged me for it. He just didn't want me to drink too much without any food. If you do all these things, you will have a great time here. I regret only staying a single night as a holdover since I couldn't get a room in the hotel I'm going to stay at the remainder of the trip. I would have enjoyed staying here for a full 2 weeks, like my roommates have. The price is also very cheap, which I think entices a lot of travelers on a budget. I'll definitely be back again.

Go to this Hostel, you won't regret it. The place has a bar right at the entrance and you can smoke while you drink in there. Always fully booked so plenty of people to meet everyday and night. Yoshi is the dope as owner. He's got a great vibe and sense of humour and is always learning and getting better and speaking english. So if your English keep speaking to him in english or try a bit of japanese. He's very down to earth. Some hours during 4-6pm he might be upstairs doing the beds so just go up if you have a booking. Trust me you'll rebook the place if you can c:

Nice owner who speaks English fairly well. There’s an assortment of food, drinks, games and a guidebook. The music is relaxed and allows for conversation. There’s also a guided shoji board.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
