        Great location for a stay in Split- just a 5 min walk along the waterfront into the old town. Our host could not have been more helpful and our room , although small , was beautifully appointed with new contemporary decor, great shower and very comfy bed. Word of warning to anyone with any health / mobility issues - these rooms are right at the top of the building- 5 flights of steps and no lift so pack lite ! There is on street free parking on backstreets but, as we were leaving luggage in the car & has a hire car. we opted for underground car park- also within 2 mins walk - at €25. / day The “beach” allegedly in walking distance eluded us and the closest thing we could find was a beach/ sports club with sunbeds and ladder into the sea which felt very “ local” - we may not have walked far enough along but after 15 mins we gave up as were too hot! Overall great little spot

        Very nice room. Perfect view. Visiting this room you have to know that it is on the 4th floor where you have to get by stairs. Parking only at paid garage 20 m further. Breakfast to choose in two different bistros but one starts working at 10 and another one at 8:30 or a little later. Dot on Google maps is in the wrong place! It’s about 100m further going right when looking at the sea.

        Perfect stay and nice owner. Rooms are really clean and tidy. Whirlpool into room and breakfast included. Stunning view over the Harbour of Split. Toma also very helpful at all the time if you needed something. Highly recomment.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
