Good location as you can walk to Tram and be in old town in 15 mins. Inside hotel rooms are dated and need re-decorating. However, they were clean. Breakfast is very limited selection and they remove dishes at 10am abruptly. Bar in hotel very expensive.

Today I had the opportunity to eat breakfast at Topkapi Patong Phuket again. A variety of food, fresh, delicious, everything and drinks taste very good. The chef and waiters provide very good service. Please come and have breakfast. Guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Come by and try it out.

The location is perfect to travel via tram to Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet and Eminonu besides malls and other destinations. You can try great rated restaurants around and there is so much of businesses and activities and its absolutely awesome. The Hotel could do a better job with breakfast selection for a 4 star hotel to keep up their name and standards. The front desk was helpful and suggested some great areas for shopping

This is not a 4-star hotel; at best it is 3-star. The staff are friendly and helpful. On the first night, the room and pillows smelled terrible! However, they changed the pillow covers for the next night on my request and the smell situation got much better. It also can get really noisy because of the busy street this hotel is located at. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel, I don't recommend this place.

I can give 5 star to this hotel after 8 nights of stay because of the staff and excellent service they provide; the receptionists (especially Erol), cleaning staff and room services were extra helpful. It is true that the building and the furniture, pillows and towels are pretty old, but it is a place with Turkish Hammam, Sauna and SPA services. Generally, a good place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
