        Cheap & affordable. Good public transportation access. Not very well-manner staff, not enough clean (particularly sheets), I had a problem with shower sewer exit. They didn't want to solve it! I had reserved the room for just one night. So I insist to change my room. The result was using a plunger and the way was opened fortunately! Too much noise from other rooms till 2 a.m.

        The rooms are clean, that staff is nice, and they are very well connected with the city center in regard of public transport. A great alternative for those who don't like crowded places but as t to be close to the city center and all of the Istanbul's landmarks. We've had troubles with the Wi-Fi, nobody had internet in the hotel and our refrigerator wasn't working, not sure if it's something that usually happens or we've just had bad luck!

        Okay, where do I start. First of all, the owner gave us the wrong room but in the end we got the right one. Then, water leaked from somewhere causing it to drip from the ceiling and onto a bed. The next day, water was dripping again but this time in the bathroom. The whole bathroom floor was wet. We called at the reception and told them. They said they would clean it but didn't do it. If I weren't able to speak Turkish fluently, I'd have serious problems because no one know English here. I tried speaking English first. The air conditioner appears to be timed. It just shuts off sometimes. The whole building smells weird. We regularly open the window in our room because it smells like smoke and jist dusty. The beds are hard like stone. There is really slow WiFi which sometimes is disabled and there is only ONE single plug which actually was used for the empty refrigerator. There were weird brown/rusty stains on the towel and violet ones on the blanket. At least there is a TV with local channels only. Conveniently, there is a market right around the corner and the train/bus stop is also just a few steps away.

        Base on what you want from a hotel it was good. although rooms are small with dim light but as a place for sleeping it was acceptable. Specialy near access to T1 line and bus station easily can access any part of Istanbul.
