        They rent for long stay 3 or 6 months but the room there is no balcony for dry clothes, washing machine in this building also doesn't support for dry only for washing. the room can't cook and it's far to find food nearby. Especially for me I just can eat halal food so I have to cook. This building it's not prepare for the long stay. It's hard to live here if you long stay. I already give them deposit 3000 bhat but they don't want to refund my deposit.

        The apartment charges fees for equipment that is not damaged. without explaining The tenant must ask for details. and while staying The building had a sewer pipe leaking into the bathroom of the room. But the building arranged for the tenant to use the bathroom with the housekeeper downstairs in the building (1st floor). The tenant's room is on the 4th floor while waiting for the technician to come and repair. and during repair By the matter of water leaking before the pipe overflowed and turned into a waterfall. The tenant has informed the building that there is a water leak. But they didn't send a technician to check. They just informed them that if the leaks get worse, they'll have someone take a look. As a result, our residents had to face dirty water from the sewage pipe that unexpectedly leaked in the next day. And informing the building was not successful. What responsibility aside from apologizing?

        Very clean, good service, complete bathroom supplies, refrigerator and microwave, and many snacks for guests. They have put in a lot of effort to achieve this kind of management and quality at this price. Will stay again.

        The room is clean and comfortable, with a TV, refrigerator, air conditioner and microwave. The room is cleaned every day for free, and the access card is swiped in and out. Opening the curtains brings in good light, but closing them makes it feel like night. very quiet

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
