We loved this hotel! It’s beautiful and so warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were very helpful when it came to answering our questions, giving directions, making recommendations and dinner reservations. They really made our stay so enjoyable. We arrived in Porto late and had been up for close to 30 hours and decided to grab a quick bite in the library before retiring to our room. I don’t recall his name but our waiter was phenomenal and deserves special recognition. His food and wine recommendations were excellent and he made our evening so special. He was delightful and we really enjoyed his company. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very lovely, cosy hotel which definitely deserves the 5 stars! I read the negative reviews and do not recognize any of the issues. The service at the cafe and restaurant was over the top! The waiters remember your coffee choices and room numbers, all employees are not only very professional but were very helpful and friendly, that all while the atmosphere is overall very warm and welcoming. Everyone did their utmost to provide a perfect stay and this definitely made our stay in Porto unforgettable. Thank you!

This is a fantastic hotel and a well-located option in Porto's city center. After looking at their various rooms online, I requested Room #3 (Classic room type), on the ground level. Since I booked directly with the hotel, the mini bar was included and would have been restocked daily (though I didn't have housekeeping for the first 3 nights I was there, due to my schedule). They do have a turn down service nightly also (which I didn't receive, due to my schedule). This particular room is very private and very quiet. Large windows (that open) out to greenery-covered walls (most likely faux, but they look nice). It's a very quiet space, super cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A decent amount of hangers available and a spacious closet. I loved the look of the curtains, the high ceilings, wide plank wood floors, and the antique wood shutters. Very old world and authentic. though a little 'glam' mixed in due to the mirrored wardrobe as you walk in). The only thing I would have liked more of was space next to the sink for my many toiletries and larger nightstands, but that's pretty minor. I was only there for 4 nights so I kept everything contained. The staff was very friendly and gracious throughout my stay. Breakfast was good, the staff was very nice and cheerful. I didn't try the food or dessert in the library (though I wanted to!). I am very glad I chose Torel Palace to stay in, as it helped me rest up before a long journey in Portugal & Malta. The key in the leather case was a nice touch, too. Torel Palace is an excellent choice for a small, boutique hotel property when considering a hotel in Porto!

Fabulous hotel in terrific location within walking distance of restaurants, prime shopping and major attractions. Hotel & rooms immaculately clean. Superb staff who were extremely friendly, professional and helpful in every respect. Breakfast was great and very extensive. This hotel knows how to deliver service and hospitality and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Torel Palace Porto in September! The hotel is centrally located and has a wonderful theme. The hotel, and especially our room, was gorgeous. The room is so beautifully restored while keeping both historical elements and modern comforts. The service was also excellent, with staff being very attentive and accommodative. Joanna at the front desk helped us book a tuk tuk tour on our first day, and the staff at breakfast brought fresh pastry up to our room. We also really liked the beautiful library cafe located in the hotel, where we enjoyed lattes and dessert. We plan to stay here again when we are in Porto and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
