        We went on a roadtrip in Italy through 6 cities so 6 different hotels and this one was the only bad one. We arrived around 10h or 11h, we had the chance to enter when people got out because we had no key or code and the hotel was empty. We then called, and a lady arrived 15 minutes later. Some clients luggages were waiting in the lobby without any camera or any monitoring. She told us that our room was not ready and that she Will directly put our luggages in it as soon as it would be ready. I was not confident as I had just seen other luggages left freely in the lobby. The day after we left (we stayed 2 nights), we noticed that one bag was missing, we though we left it in our car but it was not, because it was only shoes in it so we did not took this bag out at every destination. I had to call them 10 Times to know if they had it. It means that they kept this bag 4 days. The lady said « the cleaning staff found it yesterday, we were about to text you »… but I had to send them a ton of messages to get an answer, nobody never called us and I am sure that either it has been placed in the wrong room and luckily they had it back or either they had it anywhere else, but i Will never know where. But I am 100% sure that it was not in our room. I had to call and text for DAYS before knowing if they sent it and I am still waiting for them to send me the tracking number. I am glad that the post service is doing their job so I could have my bag back. No commercial spirit, just bad faith. All they want is your money. We paid 435€ for 2 nights for such a bad service, there was no staff there and we still had to pay for the bags shipping afterwards even though it was their fault. PS: there was a disgusting thing on the cupboard (looks like a booger…..) See pictures

        Alex is a gem. The place is his own and the rooms are fantastically done - coming from a globe trotter who loves the Ritz in Paris, we decided to try this place in a Florence because of its ratings. It’s not a hotel but the amenities and the standard is TOP class. The location is fantastic. Just above Valentino and across from Emilio Pucci and Omega, a few mins from Duomo and right behind Ponte Vecchio! Alex is very hospitable. Not just in getting us the best expresso or a hair flattening iron or a steam iron or the best table at the best restaurant in town - Alex also came along with us to the car rental place and offered to add his license as a security! The building is secure and posh! Alex is friendly and chill and a great host! I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Florence.

        Amazing stay here. It was a last minute booking but we couldn’t be happier with our choice! They were super kind and accommodating and the location cannot be beat. When in Florence again would definitely stay here again.

        Lovely room, friendly staff. Visually stunning central location that can’t be beaten in terms of convenience and beauty. We stayed for three nights and it was excellent. Would happily stay again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
