Great place to stay in Florence. We had one of the smaller rooms in the hotel (Obsner double) - the bedroom itself is slightly small but the bed itself was large and comfortable. Didn't seem to have the right sockets next to it, (but there were at other parts of the room.) The bathroom was modern and tidy, the shower itself is one of the most spacious I've ever seen in a 300 sq ft hotel room. The lady on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location overall is excellent and would be a great base for anyone wanting to explore Florence city centre for a couple of days.

Tornabuoni suites are a more upscale and contemporary style. The bedroom bathroom combo is quite large and roomy. The shower with hand held sprayer is larger than most. Plenty of storage for clothes. The staff is nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. Suites are located on the 5th floor by lift. Location is close to upscale shopping, sites, and eateries. Our downsides were the nespresso coffee maker was not so great at making an Amerixan cup, our towel bars did not work and we were told we were in one of the "older" rooms, and our view was in the back of the building and simply awful.

Highly recommended hotel in downtown Florence. Pretty much less 10 minutes walk to anywhere. Room is big and clean, the only downside the wifi is not very stable. Depending one which room, the signal varies a lot.

We stayed in a suite with city view. It was a beautiful suite with fantastic views over the city. We arrived early and Alexandra was very kind and checked us in early. The suite was very generously sized with a small kitchen (free Nespresso and water each day), lounge and en-suite bedroom. There was also a lovely rooftop Terrance to use with our room. Overall it was a fantastic location right in the centre of the city on a lovely street. Very convenient spot. I would say that they could do with updating the television in the room as ours was damaged and would have been great to have a smart TV for international travellers. The bathroom could also do with an update as it was a little tired, but perfectly fine. We were made to feel very welcome and would definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Belvedere suite. Unfortunately, I forgot my sunglass in the room after our staying, and the hotel said that the cleaning people “didn’t find them.” I know I left it there because my husband saw it on top of this stand/table where the TV is and forgot to tell me to take it before leaving. I remember putting on top of that stand/table my sunglasses, and as soon I remembered that I had left them there we called the Tournaboni, but they said that the cleaning people didn’t went to the room yet and they would let me know if they found it. Well, they didn’t call us back or anything. The next day I called it again, and the lady who picked up the phone said that the cleaning people didn’t found anything. What I would expect as a customer would be that the person on the phone would be more proactive and say I will ask someone to recheck it or do something about it. Ensure me that they care and that they will try to find it. She seemed like she didn’t care. I was extremely upset because I knew I had left it there, and we stayed there for four nights, and it was pricey. I would expect a better resolution and better service. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
