Great location, nice staff. Love the tea and coffee machine in the lobby. The bedrooms are very very cramped. We are two adults with a bag each and it was very difficult to get around the room. The bathroom was also very small but everything was clean and worked well so we were happy.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone. Here are a few things to be aware of: Pros: - even though the room was small, all of the space was used very efficiently. - free manga in the lobby! (Though not in English) - free tea and coffee maker in the lobby - staff was very friendly and helpful - shower was great with warm water and fantastic shower pressure - LOCATION! Loved that there were many, many restaurants nearby and that it was in a generally quiet neighborhood. There are many stations nearby as well, with the Kanda station being only about a 2 minute walk down the road. Cons: - size. See note below! - aircon didn’t work for us, so we opened the window every evening (visiting in January) - the pillows were awful. Feather, I think. And when we asked for cotton, we were only granted one. - there’s nowhere to sit in the lobby. It would have been nice to have a place to go to relax and get out of our tiny room. Or to eat the food we brought back. But there isn’t anywhere. My mistake was booking a double room for my brother and I, thinking it would be similar to an American room. The bed was very small for the 2 of us, and the room was quite small as well. The standard room is perfect for one person, but definitely tight for 2. We made it work because like I mentioned, the space is used very well! But it was tight for sure.

Very inflexible with check in time. There was an up charge to check in only 40 minutes before 3 PM. This policy results in a wasted day. We had one last day in Tokyo, but in hindsight we should have just got a hotel near the airport because the day was over by the time we checked in and got showered. Also, absolutely no seating area or lobby. There is only one small bench with space for two adults, and rows of useless crossword puzzles/comic books wasting space in the small lobby. I sat awkwardly on the floor in front of the entrance until people got up from the small bench for two people near the elevator. We previously stayed at another hotel at a similar price point and they let us check in an hour early without an upcharge. They did, however, offer free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.

Good location, few minutes by walk from Tokio main station. Kanda station is even closer. Good restaurants with reasonable prices nearby. Close to Akihabara, 15 min by walk approx. Room was small but clean, enough for short stay (4days). There is washing machine available on the second floor (500yen) if needed. Staff weas very helpfull, they even helped me with luggage shipping. Personal speaks some english, so communication was not a problem. Customer services on a top level

The bathroom has a high door step which I am not familiar with . Hit my toes few times 😣but good front desk service, very friendly and helpful . Location is good , 12 minutes walking to Tokyo station .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
