Very good location - it’s just next to Tsukiji market. Very convenient. It’s at a central location in Tokyo as well. The room is very clean. They provide body wash and shampoo. And bottle water. There is a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby which is high quality and also makes hot chocolate. The staff are very friendly. And we can store our luggage there for free after checking out. Will definitely stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.

I asked at 2 pm if my room is ready and would like to check-in. The staff said the room is ready. However check-in time is 3pm. To check-in at 2pm 1100 yen is to be charged. I think in the hotel business, where it is reasonable and not ridiculous request. They should be accommodating. With this I would like to rate this hotel 1/5 stars. My recommendation is tourist should avoid it at all cost. Unless it constitutes an emergency, no one should stay in this hotel. Thank you.

Angry and disappointed that we have to cancel the reservation and look for a new hotel: The bathhouse staff threw my partner out very rudely because of a very small ankle tattoo. They did not allow him to cover it up and told him they would not let him in next time. When i booked the hotel there was no info about this!!! The bathhouse is very cold and windy - i got sick the night i went there. We only stayed one night and will have to look for a new hotel. This was a humiliating experience for us and we are very angry about this. I feel betrayed and now have to waste time to find a new hotel.

Overall a very nice and clean hotel, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room is clean, roomy and bedding is clean and comfortable. Toiletries are high quality and we love the air purifier and humidifier in addition to the fancy AC unit. If you’re arriving at Haneda airport then this hotel is really close to it.

because the hotel is new, the rooms are very clean, housekeeping can be done every day, one of the advantages because nowadays many hotels in Japan have to add an extra charge just to clean the room. The downside is that the hotel's location is quite far from the metro and the surrounding area is very quiet when it starts to get dark

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
