Good hotel with great location. It is very near to train and subway stations in Ueno and is on multiple lines. The rooms are small but have decent space. They provide sufficient service with free bottles mineral water, towel change, room make up. The lobby has free unlimited snacks, bath salts, coffee, toothbrushes and other amenities. Room is clean and compact. Just across the street are multiple busy districts with lots of food and shops. Some shops open very late. The area is very safe, quiet but very close to lots of shops. Prices can vary a lot so best to book early.

Great location- Ueno station entrance 1 block away. You can access the Ginza line here, and walk underground to the Kinsei Skyliner airport train. Can also walk 2 blocks in the other direction to access Hibiya line. Staff was very friendly and professional- they spoke enough English to help us. We could leave our bags on the first and last days which was very nice. Clean hotel. Beds are firm and not the most comfortable but I’d say no less comfortable than the average bed in Tokyo hotels! Small room, but that’s to be expected at the price point for this great location.

Very great hotel near to train stations in Ueno. Provide sufficient service +2 bottles mineral water, towel change, room make up and all the others necessary. Stayed here for 4nights during and my trip and the staffs were very accommodating and helpful. Full service bedroom with bidets, bath tub, and sink + showers and hot water.

A small room close to the Ueno station was ideal for our first night in Tokyo. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is a very nice terrace on the roof. A perfect spot to eat your onigiri bought at a closeby convenience store. We also had our pocket wifi delivered directly there, and the staff immediately brought to us during the check in. The room is a bit small for a long stay, but despite being close to the station, it is very calm and accordingly soundproofed. We recommend this hotel!

I paid around $145 dollars per night for a queen plus sofa bed room. The room is small which is similar to all other Tokyo hotels. The room is clean, but there are dirty spots around the walls and the shower curtain is very stinky... Well, at least the room service is great, maids cleaned my room almost everyday. The upside for this hotel is that laundry machines are new and work well and it is close to Ameyoko and Ueno Station for 3 mins walk.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
