While the room has a decent amount of space, I found it to be quite dusty…our bed’s headboard was covered in dust upon arrival. The shower vent also was covered in dust. The location was good. There are several stations within walking distance. The hotel staff were all polite and welcoming.

I had the most amazing time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly respectfull and helpful with any questions I had around the surrounding areas they tried there best to make my experience in Japan amazing. The food was really nice with a good selection to choose from. The rooms are very cosey with almost everything you need for your trip. I can not wait to get back to Japan and will definitely stay here again if there is room at the Inn thank you to all the staff at the toshi center. Craig

During our 6-night stay from 24th December to 30th December at Toshi Center Hotel, we found the location convenient with access to five train lines. Nearby, there were Family Mart, 7-11, and Lawson, while McDonald's was a 10-minute walk away. Although navigating to the hotel was challenging on the first day, it became easier over time. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile on Christmas Eve, explaining the housekeeping details patiently. The room was spacious enough for 2 luggages and more if needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, though an extra pillow would have been a nice addition.

Good hotel. Nearby there is a large metro station with three lines. Quiet area with offices and residential buildings. Small but cozy rooms with beautiful views of Tokyo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
