Best place to stay in Pokhara. The host is amazing and helpful. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. This place is a home away from home for all the travellers. A must stay place in Pokhara. All the tourist attractions are nearby.

Wow what an amazing location and view ..literally 5 mins in scooter or walk 15 mins to lakeside. Away from all the crazies but close enough to be close. Love love the service from the workers here. I'd stay here longer if I didn't book everything in advance. 10 out of 10.

THE OWNERSHIP HAS BEEN CHANGED AND THE NEW OWNER HAS NO CLUE ABOUT THE ONLINE BOOKING. SO AVOID BOOKING ONLINE AND BOOK OTHER LAKE SIDE HOTELS THEY WERE BEST. AS ME AND MY FAMILY HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE.

Tourist Residency is the ideal place to relax and get away from it all. Bihmal and the staff there truly go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Given the price, this place is an absolute steal. Enjoy the views overlooking Pokhara with a chai at all hours of the day. Breakfast is included and always delicious. The only potential draw back is the distance from the main drag (10-15m walk) but even then this helps keep the area quiet making it an even better restorative escape.

Spent three nights here. Positives: nice and quiet (tucked into the hillside with a lot of trees), staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. Cons: -first room we were given had see-through blinds and is next to the most traffic pathway. The room also had a leaky shower that dropped all night. The toilet also didn't work (had to scoop water in manually) -the second room was better but over half of the outlets and lights did not work, fridge didn't work, and the shower wasn't that great -finally, the staff were very unorganized. Paying for the stay was a huge hassle. They didn't have any change in any currency. The manager said they would have change early the next morning but nothing was ready (and we had a flight to catch). Very surprising that a hotel doesn't have any cash on them. Overall the place could be really nice but they need to fix up a lot of little things in the room and get more organized.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
