Just perfect. One of the best hotels we have ever been to. Breakfast was excelent, delicious and rich, the rooms are spacious and perfectly equipped, great view to the city and skyscrapers and the staff is professional and friendly. The Sky bar is luxurious and the atmosphere is just magical.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. The view from the rooms and rooftop restaurant is breathtaking. Great service, awesome breakfast at the restaurant. Not to mention that the lounge and pool are the best!

It’s a slightly older hotel, but that makes it charming and full of surprises. Welcome cake on arrival for our anniversary was a nice touch. The service is first rate with nice arrival process, quick bag delivery and friendly people. The balcony is a real hit and the views from the upper floors are amazing. Rooms are huge too. We also had an incident where we had a medical emergency and they took very good care of us. The breakfast buffet is awesome: love the toast cooked on an open fire, eggs cooked on the spot and much more. A good location if you want to visit the river area.

I recently visited Tower Club at Levi’s, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The entrance and lift were in desperate need of a makeover, setting a less-than-appealing tone. The entertainment/host attire was questionable, resembling more of a casual setting than a refined bar. The drinks menu left much to be desired, with a limited selection of wines that fell below standard. Pricing was confusing, and it felt misleading – particularly, the G&T appeared to be a single shot, raising concerns about value for money. Moreover, the absence of complimentary nibbles, a common feature in 5-star establishments, was noticeable and contributed to an overall lackluster experience. To add to the disappointment, the payment process felt unsafe as the staff overruled the pin entry on the payment machine, taking the card away from the customer. This raised serious concerns about security and trustworthiness. Overall, not an establishment I'd recommend based on my visit.

We stayed here for our November honeymoon and honestly were a little disappointed. The common areas of the hotel are very grand and luxurious, but the room itself was subpar for the level of hotel. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were very skinny, as was the duvet- it didn't feel luxurious at all. Shower did not drain well and amenities were not replenished daily. Views were great but due to safety regulations you cannot go out on the balcony. We struggled with controlling the temperature in the room with the old fashioned thermostat so were freezing under the thin duvet. In general the room just felt strange. There was a huge empty space as you came in, opposite the sofa. Looked like there used to be a TV and console there but it had been removed? Breakfast was very good but there was 0 allergy labelling on any of the dishes. Service was okay- they were very quick to take your plate, but took a long time to get tea/coffee. It took an hour to get us checked in as the room wasn't ready, even though we arrived at 16:30. So we ended up being shuttled to a lounge, where I couldn't eat anything because it was all pastries/cake and I am gluten free. We wanted to walk and explore the local area during our stay but the entrance to the hotel makes this difficult- they expect you to taxi everywhere. The rooftop bar is cool but we were denied access to most of it because it was "raining"; even though the rain had finished. Prices very high at the bar. Lots of other little issues. Wifi unsecured, bad speeds. Room keys- they only gave us 1 for 2 people and seem confused when we asked for another. The second one didn't work and neither did its replacement. Bathroom door is thin sliding door so you can hear everything! Dress code for some areas (I think this is fair for the Michelin star restaurant but not for the other areas).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
