My husband and I were so delighted with this hotel! Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to ensure you’re enjoying your stay. I want to especially mention and thank Gabriel, Roberto, Mattia, Palitha and all the ladies at the reception desk for their attentiveness, care and kindness during our time there. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. You can count on a hot showers with great water pressure, lovely toiletries, and soft fluffy bathrobes! Our room had a beautiful view of the Tower Bridge which we truly enjoyed. The overall location was spectacular and literally right next to the subway. We didn’t opt for the daily breakfast, but wish we had. It’s amazing! So many delicious choices. If you’re looking for the perfect hotel to stay in London, this is it!

So happy with my choice to stay at this hotel! The location was directly across the street from the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of service you get. The area felt safe and we had no problem getting around at night. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Amazing service all round. The hotel is clean and immaculate. The location is great as it is a short distance to the tube station Tower Hill. The room had great views of Tower Bridge so I was very pleased. The beds extremely comfortable. The hotel made sure our anniversary night was celebrated in style so we appreciated that.

Location is fantastic, 20 minute walk to the shard and a one minute walk to Tower Hill tube station. All staff always had a smile on their face and were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and will even cook you new fresh food if you ask! Rooms were extremely clean and very modern. Only cons with the rooms were the light switches were all over the place and confusing and the bed was a tad too hard for my liking but my partner was very comfortable. There is a bar which was slightly disappointing as was rather small with limited seats, they also add a service charge to your drinks so be careful! Overall loved this hotel and if staying in Tower Hill again I would choose here. P.s please sort them light switches out.

Location overlooking Tower of London and Tower Bridge is arguably one of the best in London. Slight negative is that there are few shops or supermarkets nearby to buy sundries you need. Tower Hill underground station is within 100m walk. For our family, by far the best thing about the hotel is the superb breakfast, which is highly recommended. The lobby does not have the feel of a 5 star hotel but the suites themselves are excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
