The place looks a little old, specifically the rooms and the outside hallways leading to the rooms. Not necessarily dated, but weather beaten over time. The room service was excellent! Fast great service with good food. I think this place is more so for company events versus families. There is not too much to do on site for the kids.

I wish I could do 5 stars but I can't. Holding me back is the room, bed appeared to have a broken box spring, and bathroom floors were dirty. There is a white board on room and there was still a message on the board over the dirt floors, couldn't believe note was still there and yes, it was true. Other than that it was amazing all around, check in was great, bar was amazing, from service to food, atmosphere, amazing. Super friendly staff, family friendly environment. Movie night by the pool was amazing. Check out and parking was also good. Breakfast at Market is recommended, great bakery and sandwiches. I wish the room was up to par with everything else.

The room I booked online was not the room we were provided when we checked in. I was told they felt we would like the resort experience better, so we were put in a standard room. I had reserved a junior suite on purpose due to bringing my three children between the ages of 9 and 18. I felt we would need the space of the suite. We did get to move into the room we reserved all was well the part of the hotel with the junior suite was quite lovely clean and very quiet. The location is Central to get to just about anywhere you need to in a few minutes of driving.

Great resort! Had a conference here and was quite pleased with everything. The pool area, patio/bar area were amazing for relaxing. The conference center was good. The food was ok, but above average for a hotel/resort. Location was GREAT - right next to a mall and the trolley system for easy transportation. The staff was AWESOME! Big shout out to the amazing employees at this place!

I am currently staying at this “resort” for a work conference and let me tell you.. I am horrified. This is no “resort” and is more like a super 8 motel. My room has a strong smell of mold, the air conditioner is leaking, the room is tiny, and I have bugs in my room. The pictures do not represent the experience I’ve had. I do NOT recommend this “resort.” The price is ridiculous and the rooms are disgusting. Do better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
