Great location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. Most importantly, very comfortable beds. Nice and pleasant staff. 👍

The accomodation was basic, clean & comfortable for a family stay with 2 young teenagers. The common lounge/kitchen is a very big bonus were we can bring our own food and dinks. Location is great, at the center of Newquay. The staff are excellent, accomodating & very helpful. We left an item and was found and was very kindly mailed to me back as I requested without a fee or cost...just pure generosity. Happy and satisfied customers here🙂

Stayed in a family room, it was nice double bed and bunk beds for kids. On the ground floor they have area for kids with some toys. No breakfast option, but you can make tea/coffee at common area.

Beautiful experience, and highly recommended! The staff were very welcoming, the hotel was very modern inside. Because I came to Newquay to surf with my equipment, it was important for me that the hotel had a special place for its storage. I was very glad that the Reef surf lodge had a surfing storage room! Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. I slept like a log in the comfortable bed with the sound of the sea helping me drift off. Loved the mirror reflecting the waves of the sea.

Stayed with a husband and 8yo kid for a couple of days, and we enjoyed our time in the hotel, it was nice common area on the ground floor with tables and kids corner with a toys. Room was small but well equipped.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
